Seismic Racks
EnviroGuard's Rack Series seismic flooded battery racks conform to UBC standards and are certified to meet IBC 2012 standards for essential facility applications. We now offer racks series that can meet IEEE 693 Moderate, IEEE 693 High, or NEBS requirements that meet the most stringent building code and seismic standards. All series of racks have been triaxle shake tested and are certified by a California Structural & Professional Engineers.
 EnviroGuard's flooded battery racks offer smart rack solutions utilizing proven technology combined with advanced features to reduce installation costs. The racks are easy to assemble, designed to fit most manufacturer’s battery models, and feature optional UL Listed spill containment systems with UL recognized and FM approved neutralization and absorption. High production capacity enables EnviroGuard Aptus to ship most common rack configurations in only a few weeks, providing on-time delivery that matches manufacturers' quick ship programs. Stocking programs are also available.
All rack frames are fully welded and come standard with galvanized rails with acid-resistant covers. ANSI 61 gray FR acid-resistant epoxy powder-coated rails are also available. Custom racks are available upon request. Use our rack selector to find which configuration is best suited for your needs.

AR1 Series - Light Seismic Rack
The AR1 rack supports lead acid and nickel cadmium batteries in various
applications, most often in utility, data center and petrochemical as
well as high temperature environments.

The AR2 rack supports lead acid and nickel cadmium
batteries in various applications, most often in utility, data center
and petrochemical as well as high temperature environments.

EnviroGuard’s ARN Rack is our NEBS Level 3, Zone 4 Certified Seismic
Rack. The ARN rack supports lead acid and nickel cadmium batteries
in various telecommunications applications.
