Terms
Ordering & Pricing
- Validity: The pricing remains valid for a period of 90 days from the date quoted; however, it is subject to market volatility. Please verify the current pricing prior to issuing a Purchase Order (PO).
- Requirements: POs must reference the Quote number (E-number). Sales taxes are added where required unless a valid resale certificate is on file.
- Customer Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for verifying the measurements, form, fit, function, and suitability of selected products. It is the customer's responsibility to review this Order Acknowledgment to ensure that your order is per your specifications.
- Change Orders: Any changes made to the order after receipt of the order acknowledgement may incur additional material and labor charges.
Payment Terms
- Standard Terms: Net 30 days with approved credit. First-time orders may require prepayment.
- Fees & Discounts: A 1.5% monthly finance charge applies to late payments. Any pre-payment discounts must be paid in full at the start of production.
Production & Logistics
- Acknowledgment: Customers must review the Order Acknowledgment immediately to ensure specifications are correct. Changes made after acknowledgment may incur additional material and labor charges.
- Shipping: Shipping is FOB Montclair, CA 91763. Freight terms are "prepaid and add" unless otherwise specified. Export packaging is available for an additional cost.
- Lead Times: Ship dates are confirmed upon receipt of the order (ARO) based on current EnviroGuard lead times. Please contact us regarding critical delivery time frames to avoid expedited fees.
Storage & Holds
- Production Holds: If an order is placed on hold, production stops until a new ship date is provided, potentially delaying the original schedule. Production will remain halted until we receive a confirmed ship date, which may affect the requested delivery time. If a ship date passes, we cannot store any pallets for more than two weeks unless we invoice 100% of the order.
- Storage Limits: EnviroGuard cannot hold unpaid goods for more than two weeks past the scheduled ship date.
- Abandoned Orders: If an order is not released for shipment within 30 days of the scheduled date, it may be canceled or subject to restocking charges.
Cancellations & Returns
- Policy: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and restocking charges will apply. Custom items are non-returnable.
- Fees:
- Fees may be applied if the order is canceled within 48 hours of the PO.
- Production Cancellation: If an order is canceled once production has started, cancellation fees will apply. These charges cover labor and raw materials.
- Restocking Fees: Variable and dependent on the items being returned to stock.
